Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Orders placed through Slingshotbio.com and via PO will be shipped out per the following shipping policy:

Domestic (US) orders will ship out Monday – Thursday via FedEx Overnight for a flat rate of $60. Alternatively, customers ordering by PO can request the use of a shipping account of their preference (they must have an account with that shipper).

International orders will be shipped out Mondays and Fridays. These shipments are sent using FedEx Priority International for a flat rate of $80 or using the customers’ shipping account of their preference (they must have an account with that shipper). It is required that customers provide their EORI/Tax ID number for the shipment and the working phone number of the person receiving the order in case of any customs issues.

Return Policy

Slingshot Biosciences is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, in original packaging, with all inserts, labels, and documentation intact.
  • Returns are accepted for customer preference, defective products, or company errors (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email support@slingshotbio.comwith your order number to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). RMA requests are processed within 5 business days.
  • Returns sent without an RMA will not qualify for credit.
  • Upon RMA approval, ship the product to the provided address. Products are inspected upon receipt to confirm condition.

Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of company error or verified defective products, for which Slingshot Biosciences provides a prepaid return label.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns based on customer preference, unless waived due to company error or defect.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Upon approval, customers may choose a full refund to the original payment method, store credit, or a replacement product.
  • Refunds or credits are processed within 30 days of product inspection.

Defective Products

  • For defective products, customers must provide photos or documentation of the issue via email. Upon verification, Slingshot Biosciences will cover return shipping costs and offer a refund or replacement.
